Head of Post-Operative Nursing
Rachel Badach, RN, serves as the Head of Post-Operative Nursing at Aurum Recovery, where she leads our nursing team with a commitment to exceptional patient care, professionalism, and clinical excellence.
As a Registered Nurse, Rachel is dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized care throughout every stage of the recovery journey. She works closely with patients, surgeons, and the Aurum team to ensure each recovery experience is delivered with safety, comfort, discretion, and attention to detail.
Rachel specializes in post-operative recovery for facial plastic surgery, including Deep Plane Facelifts, SMAS Facelifts, Neck Lifts, Rhinoplasty, and Facial Rejuvenation procedures, as well as body contouring, breast procedures, and Mommy Makeover recovery.
Her calm presence, clinical expertise, and genuine compassion help patients feel supported and confident during one of the most important phases of their surgical journey.

For over a decade, I've had the privilege of working alongside leading plastic surgeons as a Surgical First Assist, specializing in both facial plastic surgery and body contouring procedures. Throughout my career, I've witnessed the precision and artistry behind exceptional surgical outcomes but I've also seen how critical the recovery process is to protecting those results.
That inspired me to create Aurum Recovery.
Aurum Recovery was founded to redefine the post-operative experience through luxury concierge services, personalized support, and exceptional attention to detail. We believe recovery should be just as thoughtfully planned as the surgery itself.
Working alongside experienced Registered Nurses and trusted recovery professionals, we coordinate every aspect of the recovery journey from transportation and recovery planning to private nursing care, concierge services, and personalized recovery experiences.
